In the first half of 2026, Da Nang recorded Vietnam’s highest rate of returning international visitors, outperforming Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Hanoi, and Phu Quoc. This achievement highlights the city’s consistent attractiveness to international travelers.

Da Nang’s ranking is particularly notable, surpassing well-known destinations like Kuala Lumpur, Fukuoka, Taipei, and Johor Bahru. Its diverse offerings—including beaches, resorts, nature, culture, cuisine, and heritage—provide visitors with experiences that encourage repeat visits.
