CLEANING SUPPLIES:

We prefer the client provides all necessary chemicals for the jobs along with the mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, dusters and brushes.

Everybody has different requirements. Some like the more environmentally friendly products while others like to use more industrial strength cleansers.

As for the vacuums, mops and buckets, using your own equipment prevents cross infection and the introduction of germs and other foreign matter into your home.

We use your preferred supplies, so you have complete control of the products used in your home. Most importantly, we use your vacuum cleaner. It is always easier for a Cleaning Service to use their vacuums. However, if there is any house on the cleaning route that has a dog with fleas, every house on the route will get fleas because the flea eggs are moved in the beater bar of the vacuum. We just don't believe we provide good service unless we use your vacuum. You don't have to worry about surprise pests being brought to your home by way of a traveling vacuum.

If you are missing any items, it can effect the quality or cost of the cleaning job. These are my suggestions:

A good vaccuum cleaner with new bags available.
Broom and Dustpan.
Simple squeeze sponge mop with CELLULOSE sponge and foldover hinged handle. (Sponge heads are replaceable.)
Paper Towels - Bounty is best. Note: Get 'Individual' Roles, because the quality in multi-paks is inferior.
Medium Size Kitchen Gloves
Soft Scrub or Ajax scouring powder
Laundry Soap, Tide Bleach for the machines.
Sponge(s), Rags (unwanted t-shirts or towels) .
Bucket or Pail -- Must be bigger than sponge mop. A square wastebasket will do.
Fantastic or 409
Muphy's oil soap -- for bare wooden surfaces
Spic and Pine Sol or Mr. Clean -- for finished floors
Windex
CHLOROX CLEANUP LIQUID (bathroom)
Brillo or S.O.S with soap in pad.
Something to throw trash into (bags)
Be sure there is light in areas needing work - bulbs/elect on
